My hair color had always been dark brown-black. I wanted to go blonde and knew it would be hard or near impossible. I didn't want to compromise my healthy hair and I hoped Umberto would be the place where I wouldn't have to. After much consideration and reading the previous review regarding CJ, I decided to make an appointment. It was the best move I've made about my hair in years! He is an extremely talented, caring, considerate Stylist. I've gone from dark to a beautiful Honey Blonde with a great cut! I get loads of compliments and look forward to my appointments. My only regret is that I didn't meet Carl James sooner! If your looking to upgrade the way you look and feel, this is the place to go!
