Review content:
I have been training with Jordan for a bit over two years now. I was 42 when I first started training, soft and overweight.
Originally I had started exercising after a period of 3 years with zero physical activity where I was involved in competitive online gaming. After doing my research and deciding on hiring Jordan to get me into shape it only took a little more than half a year to have me doing things I never imagined I could do.
In 7 months I went from never having deadlifted before in my life to being the proud owner of a 365 lb deadlift in competition, 13 body weight pullups and 106 24kg (54lb) kettlebell snatches in 5 minutes!
I made a blog post about this, including pictures showing the physical changes I made to my body employing the training methods Jordan employs. There are also links to video of some of my lifts.

After my success last year I thought the sky was the limit. Unfortunately I ended up having severe hip problems from a previous surgery requiring me to get a full hip replacement in October, 09.
I've recovered from my surgery and the first thing I did was consult with Jordan on how to recover and get back on track. Jordan carefully reviewed my movement and gave my specific instruction on how to regain the flexibility and strength I had before my surgery.
As of today (March, 2010) I am already stronger in many areas than I was before my hip replacement! I can press the 32kg (70lb) kettlebell with each arm, my deadlift is again in the 300lb range (I haven't tested my max yet) and my cardio levels are improving.
Jordan is now training me to pass the RKC (I am signed up for the August, 2010 RKC in San Diego) and to finally achieve levels of strength I would have been ecstatic to possess when I was in my 20's.
Not bad for a 43 year old guy with a battered body (the hip replacement was my 6th surgery). Jordan got me here safely and faster than I could have imagined. His direction is clear and direct and he's a great guy with a hilarious dry sense of humor.
Top marks all the way. If you want to see why I'm gushing like this take a look at the link I included in this review and you'll see why.
Pros: Incredibly effective training
