Review content:
This is a wonderful huge log home ranch up in the mountains near Carlton and Yamhill. Takes a long and somewhat rough gravel road to get there but it's well worth it. I've been going there since I was a little girl and have seen it grow, burn to the ground, be rebuilt and prosper again. Now I take my kids. My son absolutely LOVES watching the small planes come in on the landing strip right in front of the main lodge and parking area. My daughter and I love the horses you can rent for nice quiet trail rides up into the surrounding hills. Plus you can also camp at the campsites provided there and bring your own horses for your own trail riding! My sister is getting married there next year as they have a beautiful little outdoor area next to the lodge and little river for the ceremony and the main lodge is perfect for receptions! And they have little cabins you can rent for a great honeymoon or weekend getaway! Such a romantic and/or relaxing place to visit...and really has something for everyone!
