My wife and I have trained at at a very popular gym in town and we have also participated in different Boot Camps with very little success. A few of our friends have been raving about Seung-ni and they all appear to be in the best shape of their lives. We signed up for the Body Challenge and my wife lost 18 pounds and I lost 33 in only 8 Weeks! The presentation, staff, knowledge and facility is top notch. Take a look at their staff alone and they are truly a product of their own program.
