Review content:
I used to race to Kelly's in a cab at 2am on Saturday to grab a scallop plate before I prepared for my morning hangover. I'd also go there to satisfy a craving for a roast beef or fried clams. Then Kelly's started to believe their own hype, started to raise prices A LOT, give you more fries and less seafood and expand with other locations so the quality suffered. What a disappointment. They used to be great.
