Review content:
It's really too bad that this service makes you give a single star. On a road trip through Worcester, we had an unfortunate accident and rolled our vehicle. These people handled the tow, as we were in the hospital thanking God that we were still alive. Once we finally secured a rental, we returned to clean out our belongings and pay them their tow and storage charge. They claimed that they now owned the vehicle, and offered no other service other than to tell us that we were taking too long to reclaim our possessions. Quite shaken, we finally made it to our destination, and then tried to make arrangements over the phone with John to salvage any value we could out of my vehicle. He sounded surprised that I was even asking about it, and belligerently said that he assumed that I relinquished the vehicle to them. I told him that I was still the rightful owner, and I still owned the title. He then said, I could come pick it up if I wanted, but gave me some fuzzy math about how much I owed him based on the three extra days it was there. He then pretty much hinted that if i sent the title to Pat's, so that it was there with the vehicle when the secondary company came to claim the vehicle, that he would intentionally lose the title. We agreed on a price to settle the storage once they came to claim, and I arranged to send the title to the secondary company. When the secondary tow company comes to claim the vehicle, John claims they can't come into the lot to load the vehicle, and charges another fee to tow my vehicle out of the lot, unmentioned the day before. I'm sure it's just another day in the life of grand ol' Pat's. I'd advise you to stay away if you can.
