I live very close to Busy Bee, but always hesitate to go there because of the, ""Jeez, do you have to bother me with a question"" attitude they seem to have. Well, I called there just a little while ago to see if they had a plant in stock, very cold customer service. I always wind up driving over to Saunoris and Sons on 111th St, in Chicago Ridge. I live in Midlothian and love to support local businesses, but I'll travel for the friendly attitude I always find at Saunoris'. I actually searched out this site after my phone call, just to find a place to leave a review on the cold customer service from Busy Bee. Others may have had better experiences, I wish I did.
