Review content:
The billing staff or manager at the Armonk office, over billed me for unnecessary services, and refused to correct the problem for months! She is incompetent and lies a lot! She makes promises and blatantly disregards them. I'll have to find a new dentist after 8 years with Dr. Guerrino's staff. There is also a lot of turn-around by the office personnel as well as the fellow dentists. His practice has grown too big and impersonal.
