Balance Yoga is a truly special studio. With such a variety of classes offered, you are bound to find the right one for you whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner. I can?t say enough about the teachers. They are top notch! They are all extremely talented yoga teachers who have so much to offer their students. Their devotion to their students is evident in every class, whether it is making adjustments in postures, discussions before class, or their willingness to listen and answer questions after class. One of the things I love most about Balance is the atmosphere. The studio itself is beautiful, spacious yet comfortable. Between the physical space, the amazing teachers, and all of the students, it is hard to not feel relaxed and comfortable!
