My installation was done very half-ass, not as bad as the duct tape story, but instead of using brackets, they used glue! When I took the dash off and looked for myself, it looked very sloppy and quickly fashioned together.
And what ticked me the most is that they specifically told me and charged me for new brackets to install the stereo. But when I checked for myself, there were no new brackets. I wish I could say these guys are running an honest business, but this leads me to believe otherwise.
Pros: nice guys when they're making a sale
Cons: sloppy work, deceitful business practices
