DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The manager, Sylvia, is the worst I have ever experienced. Almost the entire time I lived there (3 years) the dishwasher was broken, the lights in the kitchen didn't work, and there were no screens on the windows. I asked her at least once a week to fix these things but she never did. In addition, at least every 6 months I came home from work to find a notice on my door that rent was increasing, but my move-out experience was by far the worst. During the walk-through when I moved in, I mentioned that the patio screen door was ripped up from the last tenant's cat, and she said ""Oh don't worry about that. Everyone gets their deposit back here."" That couldn't have been farther from the truth. I asked her repeatedly to fix it, which she never did, then when I moved out she tried to charge me $140 for a new one. My deadbolt was broken from when someone tried to break in, and even though I asked her to fix it before I moved out, she waited until I was gone then tried to charge me $75 for it. What kind of deadbolt costs $75!? There were several nail holes in the walls from hanging my pictures, which I kindly puttied over before I left, but since she was ""too busy"" to do a walk-through when I moved out, she took full advantage and charged me $100 for ""excessive nail holes"", claiming her repair man had done the work. Since I didn't take any pictures before I left, I had no proof that she was lying. We were forbidden to have our carpets cleaned (penalty was eviction) making it very convenient for her to put in all new carpeting, which I was also charged for. She also charged me for repairing the electrical problems she refused to fix while I was living there, and even though there was nothing wrong with the bathroom, she pulled up all the old tile and replaced the mirror and caulk around the bathtub and charged me for everything. I ended up forfeiting my entire security deposit plus an extra $560 for all her new installments. Pros: Close to Fresno State Cons: Everything else
