I had a terrible experience with this store. Based on their advice, I purchased a software package to upload files. Shortly thereafter, I discovered that their recommendation was wrong and the software did not perform this function. I returned to the store and they agreed that they had provided incorrect information. However, they then refused to provide a cash refund.! The excuse was that this is their store policy. I then spoke with a manager, inquiring why I should have to pay for their mistake. He quickly became rude and said words I will not repeat here. This store is located in the Sunrise Mall. The mall directory lists the store as ""Verizon Wireless"". However, they are not ""Verizon Wireless"", rather a reseller.
