Went in to get my windows tinted for the first time all the dude at the counter tells me is what the legal tint percentage is to drive around with. Then he says "" we can put on any percent you want though."" What he doesn't tell me is at night you cant see out of the windows but I guess my dumb ass should of known that. So I call to get them redone and he is trying to charge more then I payed in the first place to do less windows this time. Yes I understand its my fault for not thinking about how dark it was gonna be but he knew I was going to have to come back either because of it being illegal to drive like that or because I could not see out my windows at night. He is basically trying to double charge me for something he could of prevented in the first place. Two days after I had them done my car started sliding down a hill backwards on a icy road and I could not see out the back window at all and I just about crashed into another car. This place is a scam because they try to not help you wit the right information and they charge you to have it redone even with a life time warranty. The customer service is bull crap and they will try to scam u any way they can. I would not leave my car alone with them who knows what might happen.
