Review content:
I've purchased products and service here in the past, but this time was different. I was treated like a 16 punk, yet I walked in with my wife and a brand new 2011 $45,000 vehicle. It took over 5 hours to do what they initially told me would be a 2 hour job, and charged me for every little thing. The audio system didn't work correctly so I had to come back, and they charged me to fix it. I spent almost $800 and no one even went over the bill with me, just asked me for my credit card. No ""thank you for your business"" or even a hand shake.
I found screws on the floor of my vehicle and loose components (door panel, broken vent, torn steering column fabric, bubbles in the tint, scratches on the wood-grain interior, and a few other things but I think you get the point). They said they're not responsible for that stuff and it was probably like that before, but I think we all know that they don't roll new vehicles off the show room floor like that.
The work I had done was amp install, two front windows (only) tinted, and the purchase of a 10"" sub. This came to almost $800, you do the math. And to top it off, I had already purchased a set of low beam HID headlight replacement bulbs with the kit from another source, and they took out parts (relay switch and mounts) of the kit and when I asked them if they could install it they told me I needed a relay. Conveniently when I called the next day (talked to someone that didn't know me) to tell them I left my relay switch there, it was laying in the back where I wasn't ""allowed to go"".
This place has changed over the last few years, and I felt unwelcome and unfairly treated. Now I have to fix their mistakes myself because they won't, and I'm stuck with the sour reminder of what bad treatment is.
