These apartments are a great size and very cute!...But... The owner is extremely rude and petty. And the office staff is far from nice and professiona. My husband and I applied to this complex making a little more than 3x the monthly rent w/ great credit. However one of us works while the other is a stay at home parent for our 2 children. The owner denied one of us but said the other could live there!! He said both people have to make 3x the monthly rent. That would be over $6000/month, who would live in an apartment if they made that!?!?! So even though we made plenty and were a family he said only the one with the job could move in. That is so unheard of! I cant believe they have business! This man discreminates very bad! Dont waste your time with these people or running your credit for them not to call you and than when you call tell you something dumb! Move on from this place!
