This is the most unreliable company I have ever done business with. Rented ATV's this summer, for an OFF WEEKEND, and Brad (Owner) supposedly reserved us what I asked for. We showed up to get our reserved ATV's and low and behold, he didn't have them. While waiting for him to ""find them"", we happened to see and overhear several disgruntled customers upset over the same reasons (him showing up two hours late for guided tours, ATV's not being there, meeting locations he was a no show, so on so forth...) We knew it would be downhill from there. However, giving the guy the benefit of the doubt, we allowed him to ""bring them to us in one hour"" thinking he actually would. He showed up with one 6 hours LATER! With 1, not the two we reserved. The second one didn't get there until 8:00pm--12 hours after the original time they were supposed to be there. Urg. We tried cancelling and he refused...and then we realized he was drunk. Burping and stumbling around our campsite. Too bad. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!
