Review content:
This place is terrible. Let me first say, yes I had my car towed and I was angry but not writing this review to slam Columbus for towing my car. I am writing this review to address the poor quality of employees present at the Columbus Impound Lot. When I went up to the window one of the employees was wearing zebra house slippers, a huge t-shirt and sweatpants. I went to the tow window and a woman was watching tv. Not news reports or the weather channel but a Tyler Perry show on BET. Where besides working for the city would this be acceptable? Any other job then the city you would be fired.
Also when I asked the people there questions none of them had a correct answer. I found this out by following the advice they told me and later had to pay more fines because of it. It just shows what goes on in the public sector.
