I couldn't agree more with the review under me, Dr. Siani is definitely the most compassionate, caring, and respectful doctor I have ever met and probably ever will meet. He truly cares for each and every one of his patients from the bottom of his heart and not only about their teeth but about them as a whole. He does anything he can for his patients whether it be operating on them for free or giving them some cash to get by when they are in a jam. I remember one time I developed a toothache in the middle of the night that wouldn't let me sleep and I felt so comfortable and relaxed calling Dr. Siani at 3 in the morning because he is the type of guy that cares for others much more than himself. He answered the phone call graciously and faxed me a prescription for antibiotics and pain killers right then, so that I could sleep that night, and made me an emergency appointment for the next morning, and he never charged me or anything for it. That is just the type of guy he is, so kind and caring that he will do anything for anyone, he truly enjoys just helping people, which is a trait that I feel less and less doctors have these days, and that is why Dr. Siani should be a valued commodity in todays society. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Siani to everyone, and I promise you that he will give you the best service you could possibly receive. There is a reason that all his patients come back, and a reason that all the orthodontist in the area recommend him as a general Dentist.
