It has been a long time since I have had such AMAZING customer service! I had to switch the lenses in my ray-bans and I had been to a few sunglass stores and specialists to try and get them to fit in. The lenses are the originals to the glasses but for some reason they wouldn't fit. When I walked into Optical Warehouse of Greenpoint, everyone was so friendly, and even though my glasses were a big challenge, a few people in Optical Warehouse of Greenpoint tried to get them to fit. My lenses would still not fit in the glasses frame. So, free of charge, they sent them to their specialist who has the right technology to fit them in!! Now, I have my ray bans back and Optical Warehouse of Greenpoint saved my cost of a new pair!!!!Everyone at the store was extremely helpful and knew me by name! After their help I feel like I have to pay it forward! Next time I need to buy sunglasses I am going to them!
