I booked a private jumping party for my daughters 3rd birthday party here. Everything seemed great until the day of the party. We showed up 5 minutes before our start time. The party before us was still in the jumping area, the parents were in the sitting area and their shoes and trash was everywhere. The owner was no where to be found, so I spoke with one of the 2 teenagers running the show. She assured me they would be in their party room by the time my party started. We finally were able to get in the jump area 10 minutes after our party was supposed to start. The party before us would not stay in their party room and kept coming back out to the jumping area. Again, I paid for a private party, for for 30 minutes (until their party was over) I had to police the area. The teenagers asked them to stay in their party room but they wouldn't. Once the owner showed up, she didn't seem to care. I reminded her I paid for a private party, not semi-private and I was upset about the situation. She said it didn't matter now becasue their party was over and I wouldn't have to worry about it. As far as the inflatables go, they only have about 6 inflatables, not great ones at that, and they are smaller so adults are not allowed in them. The area was open, so the kids had fun running around. In the end, I ended up paying $400 (I ordered extra pizzas) and left extremely mad. We had her party at Monkey Bizness (BW8 & West Rd.) last year. It was a wonderful experience. I will never go back to Jumping Party again. Party moms beware!!!!!!!
