We have had this service for over a year now, and ITS THE WORST! ITS NOW BEEN 3 WEEKS AND WE HAVE HAD NO TRASH PICK UP (OCTOBER 2010) WE HAVE TRIED CALLING THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY EITHER TAKE THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK OR THEY NEVER ANSWER! THEY ARE NOT EVEN DECENT ENOUGH TO SPEAK TO YOU. THEY ARE SUPPOST TO PICK UP TRASH ON FRIDAYS AND THEY NEVER DO! ARE ALWAYS LATE OR LIKE NOW THEY HAVE NOT COME FOR 3 WEEKS. ITS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WE WILL BE CANCELLING THIS SERVICE, BUT CANT SEEM TO CALL ANYONE TO CANCEL BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT ANSWER OR TAKE THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK. WE WILL NOT BE PAYING THERE BILL. AND HOW DARE THEM EVEN TRY TO FILL US FOR TRASH SERVICE THEY DO NOT EVEN PROVIDE. DO NOT USE JAB TRASH!
