Review content:
You simply can't beat REI's unlimited return policy. Pay $15 to become a lifetime member and you can return anything for any reason within any amount of time. Their staff was very helpful when we were planning our hiking trip to Yosemite's Half Dome. We were told what temperature sleeping bag to get (I didn't know they were categorized by temperature!) and other very useful tips. Things that I didn't even think of (like buying a water pump or headlights) were suggested and came in VERY handy! It's a tad far for me from Burbank so I may try their other closer locations in the future.
Pros: excellent return policy
Cons: bit pricey
