This gym is the cleanest lifetime I have been to. I watched three different people clean while I worked out this morning. Lifetime in general is the best gym I have been to. They supply towels and lockers which makes life easy. They offer classes and a large pool but I have not used either so I can not comment on that. One of the more outdated looking lifetimes in Houston but like I said very clean. So I still would pick this one over the nicer looking city center that is dirty. As far as the comment about fox only. You must not workout here because they have cnn and two other liberal tv stations on. Also the highest amount of professional black people I have seen out of any lifetime gym I have been to ( 7) Not that the race matters as long as they are professional.
