I was so disappointed with their service and ability to get the job done. We had a problem with our system and they couldn't fix it. The disappointing part is they weren't even willing to try and just said, ""sorry no idea what's wrong - you're out of luck."" It's a brand new system and the only help they would offer was to suggest we buy something more expensive to replace what we already had (which was a year old and what they recommended!). The employees criticize their colleagues and blame the issues on each other, but yet don't offer a solution. We are out thousands of dollars and now have a high end surround sound stereo system that doesn't even work. Worst of all, they won't even return multiple calls we've made asking for help. You will be sorry if you use this company - they are the worst.
