Review content:
Do not use this store for computer repairs! There is a place in Canton that is worth the drive. I took my computer there for repair. Over $100 later and when I got it home the same problem existed. I was told they replace the A drive with a used one from the shop. If so it doesn't work. The original problem was solved by me after hours of different tests. All they did was plug it in and say ""See it works fine here."" I took it back and watched what they did. Plug it in and watch it boot. They deleted some of my programs and talked me into buying a program I later had to have refunded because it played havoc with the OS. At no time did he check the event logs or USB ports. I seriously doubt they even have an A+ certification. I found there attitude to be flippant and their knowledge of repairs extrememely lacking. I personally will not do business again with these people for any reason at any time. This is like taking your car in for squeeky brake and getting it back and a bill for an oil change and grease job. Don't get greased!!!!
