Review content:
I have never written a review of anything before but after my phone conversation with one of the owners, I feel compelled to do so in this situation. I had enrolled my son in a trial 'tumble tots' class at Castle Rock School of Gymnastics and as a means of saving time, paid the annual membership fee and class dues over the phone prior to taking the class (my mistake trying to save everyone a little time I guess). After taking the class (the free trial class), which was slightly disorganized and had too many children for one instructor to handle effectively, I decided that we would not continue in the class. I called the gym and spoke to Linda and asked her to issue me a refund of my fees and she refused. After being pushed, she stated she was willing to give me a credit for part of the money I had paid but that was the best she could do. After having to resort to telling her that I would have to challenge the charge with my credit card company, she finally issued a refund. The attitude that I received from her was among the worst I have experienced, which is saying alot in this day of poor customer service. I would definitely not recommend this gym to anyone, no matter the age or class because of the poor treatment I received.
