Rude, arrogant, unfriendly. Came for miles to buy some needed supplies for our RV. We called to price check first. They quote one price on the phone, then the price changes when you get there. The blonde woman there is rude and arrogant and whines. I dislike whiny women to begin with but in business I can't handle them at all. They know nothing about their products and warranties. Ray, the owner's son (?) stomps in and out of his office, has no need to greet the customers. No hello, no please, no thank you for coming and certainly no apologies. I got the impression that customers disturb them. This is the second time they were rude. The first time I excused it due to an ancient woman being rude (mother?) but they must have all been taught by her., The only saving grace was the dad way back when, he is no longer in the store. Good luck, son, with your failing business! We drove 25 miles to purchase our supplies elsewhere and spend $403.00 at Camping World. Dumb dumb ma and pop shops, wouldn't you say? We will never return.
