Review content:
I took my car to them because I had problems starting it from time to time. They seemed great at first.. even told me they would diagnose the problem for free. They came back and said the problem was my starter and a new starter was already on its way. Just have to come pick the car back up in a few days. Awesome!
.... (Few days later) Picked the car up. Paid.
.... (Next day) Car didn't start again.
So, he checked out the car again. Came back and said it must be a problem with my chip key (which I didn't have) and I would have to take it to the dealership.
Naturally I responded, ""what about the money I just put out to fix this?"" He said, ""well you got a new starter with it"" (that I didn't need). Then I brought up how he obviously diagnosed the problem wrong and I should not be out a few hundred bucks because of it.
.... (His response) PROVE IT! We diagnosed the problem for free. Now you have no paperwork.
In shock I looked over at the man's mother who works the desk and was so friendly a week ago, but she had nothing to say now. I bit my lip, took the hit and left because he was right. They really did screw me over. I would never go back there.
PS I later found out the problem with my car was a cracked ignition switch.
WARNING TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS- GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING EVEN IF IT'S ""On the house""
