I was devastated and scared to death when I received a DUI in Lawrenceville. I refused the breath test at the jail, so not only faced the DUI charge, but my license was revoked for a year. How could I work without a driver?s license? We released our first attorney because he would not return phone calls. Richard was very responsive, and walked us through each step answering all our questions. The results were amazing. The DUI was reduced to reckless driving. The DDS hearing was dismissed with a full reinstatement of my driver?s license. Richard was even able to get two other driving charges dropped, so those points would not be on my record, and finally, was able to get probation waived. That was huge. Again, I was afraid I would lose my job if I had to take time off to get to a probation visit once a month. I would recommend Richard Lawson to anyone that asks. His customer service and results was top notch.
