I went to Davids Bridal as the first bridal shop I have ever gone to, and my mom and I had no clue we needed to make an appointment so we just showed up. When we walked into the store, there was no one at the front table so we weren't sure what to do. After we walked around and found 3 dresses we asked if we could try them on and the girl at the table said we could not without an appointment. So we thought Ok, maybe we wont get to do this. they did not even say to wait a second or anything. This girl never made eye contact with us. then the consultant came and took me to the room and helped me try on the dresses. She was very helpful BUT she was incredibly cheesy, did not really listen or ask as to what I had in mind and just seemed to be thinking about something else. The experience I had was NOT was I was looking for and I doubt I will go back. It is not worth it for me or any other bride to be to experience the lack of caring at this store. Please look elsewhere as I will, and look for a place that will ask you what you are looking for and be genuine to you!!
