Review content:
My experience with David's in the past has been reasonable crowds with reasonable prices, but current experiences have changed that impression. I urge women to look past the value and RUN to any other boutique. After dealing with lost records prior to the wedding date, unanswered phone messages, two surly salespeople too lazy and too bothered to help a woman prepare for ""the best day of her life,"" the lacking focus of the managers causing me to waste way too much of my own valueable time disregard for a very stressful time, I have had it. I would donate a management lesson, but fear it be lost on the staff here, they seem totally baffled and unaware of the numerous problems they actually have. They may have been trained in retail sales, but have no sense of how to handle or prevent the chaos they have developed over the years.
Pros: dress value, nationwide stores
Cons: unmotivated reps, absent management, inefficient process
