Review content:
jherrera's review is right on the money. We dined at Tango Sur on Dec 11 2002 and were surprised to have to ""beg"" to have our order taken. The waiter volunteered very little information and had no sense of humor. The room was very dark and we had to use a small pocket light to read the menu (other diners were doing same). Our Open Table on-line reservation was honored, but I think it was only good luck. None of the staff had the password to log on to their reservations computer. The food was very flavorful - we tried the empanadas - they were great. The vacio (pot roast) was outstanding. Deserts were also to die for: fantastic flan, and an Argentinian cake called mil hojas (a thousand leaves). If only the service were more professional. The prices are quite reasonable - a great value.
Pros: value, flavor, authenticity
Cons: poor service, room is too dark, computer "issues"
