Review content:
For my birthday my mother bought me a gucci purse and wallet in Atlanta, GA and sent it to me here in Chicago. I was not a big fan of what she sent me so I went over to Gucci on Michigan Ave. to start looking to make an exchange. I was helped the second I walked through the door by a young guy names Robby. He was absolutely amazing, incredibly patient, helpful and truly made me smile. I called the manager of the store to let him know what I pleasant experience I had had and he was very modest and sweet in accepting my compliments. I just wanted everyone to know how much better this boutique is than many of the others you can step into on Michigan Ave. Please choose Gucci first Pros: everything Cons: wish I could afford everything
