I tried to get a brazilian waxing there and had a horrible experience. I made an appointment for 10 am and when I got to the salon at 9:45 they told me they couldn't take me until noon. When I told the receptionist that my appointment was at 10, she said that she knew but they were all booked up for that time slot. They could only take three people and they had four waiting. Now, in my experience, having an appointment puts you at the front of the line, ahead of anyone who might be waiting, but apparently that's not the way things work at Zena's. An appointment means nothing to them. When I asked what the point of me making an appointment was, the receptionist told me that she had called me and left a message. She did not. I checked my cell phone and had no calls from them nor any voicemail messages. I'll never go back here again.
