Review content:
I went in to Zena's for a tour of the facility since I live down the street. Unfortunately, I was trapped by the owner to get a massage right away, due the pressure I gave in and got a massage that ended up lasting for 30 minutes instead of an hour, because I was not satisfied with the therapist. When I got down stairs I was forced to pay the full price, thus I would never recommend that place to anyone for anything.
I have been getting massages on a regular basis for about 16 years (on a weekly or bi weekly basis), on occassions try different therapists, unfortunaely that was the worst experience I have ever encountered.
