Review content:
As a freelance writer for several publications in the area, I went to Philippe to see what at the rave was about. Final result: The presentation of my meal was absolutely superb. Kudos to the chef that knew how to use a hint of every fine ingredient to make my taste buds tingle. Shame on you to the server that kept coming to my table every 3.5 minutes to ask if I wanted anything else ... give the client some breathing space and let them chew their meal at least 5 times before coming back ... and to top it off, giving me the bill before I even ordered the dessert. As you can imagine, I skipped the dessert. Pros: Great design concept and food presentation Cons: Pricey, Servers too pushy
