Staff is arrogant and they try to do repair work that is NOT needed. My jeweler has checked the same jewelry twice and said that the guy they Claim to be a master jewelsmith is just trying to make a buck for the store. My jeweler has over 30 yrs as a premier jeweler in Middle Tennessee, and he says they were trying to rip me off. BEWARE!!! The only people that want to wait on and offer charity to ( which them say they want to help Nashville) by donating to worth causes( The only worthy causes I see are 37205 and 37215. )EWARE!! Pass on thru the intersection and go on to another store!!
