Review content:
A large groep of us were going to dinner from one of the resorts in Oro Valley. 6 adults and 12 kids. The resort called this company to transport us and told them we had 20 people.
A 14 person van showed up and the driver took all 18 of us to the restaurant with no problems. He then tells me that we give him a call 15 minutes before we need him to get back.
When I call the female dispatcher, who's child is crying in the background and is the spouse of the driver, she tells me that the driver told her there were more people than he knew in the van. So it would cost us DOUBLE to get back to our resort. She would not concede the driver made a mistake and thus take care of us. At one point she was rude enough to make a comment about an adult drinking alcohol around children.
DO NOT USE THESE EXTORTIONISTS!!!!!!
