Review content:
These customers blew the speakers in question due to improper use before it was submitted the first time. They simply damaged them again the same way by subjecting them to the same situation. We offered numerous times over several weeks to rectify this scenario, but the customers chose not to follow through for whatever reason. We can't help someone who is not willing to allow us the opportunity. We have very high quality control standards and we strive for customer satisfaction every time.
