In September, I had a business meeting in China. One week before my trip I realized that my passport had expired 2 months earlier. Now I needed to renew my passport AND get a new Chinese visa in Just 4 days.
I tried calling a few companies only to get voice mails and recorded messages. I then called Provisa in New York and a consultant answered the phone on the first ring! They told me to calm down and gave me deatailed instructions on how to get both services done in time. They came through as promised, renewing my passport and obtaining a Chinese visa in just 3 days. They saved my job! I will be sure to use this company any time I have any visa needs, they are second to none!
