Russ was recommended by a friend of a family member. I live in Santa Cruz and the house I needed worked on is in Sacramento, so I was kind of flying blind. But, on the word of a family friend, I called him and he was responsive. I had to commute back and forth from Santa Cruz to Sacramento, and I learned to depend on and trust Russ. He seems very thorough on the business side of the dealings. He seemed to be so honest that I could trust him from afar, and I will continue to work with him so long as I have work that needs done in Sacramento. Russ refurbished a bath and half-bath, and he built a new bath. He also replaced and repaired things in the kitchen, put on a new roof, and built a gate. And he did other little things that I needed done. I would just call him whenever a tenant called me to take care of it. It is a difficult situation, and for it to have worked out so well is very satisfying. Linda H-T
