Review content:
Not only is the food addicting and fresh (which how many fast food restaurants can say this) the customer service has been so amazing for us. When you feel appreciated and acknowledged it keeps you coming back over and over!
This is just one of many experiences for me: Met a good friend for lunch today with my 9 month old baby. After carrying the diaper bag and carrier through the line I had one of the workers making the food ask me if I needed help to my table. I told them that I should be okay and next thing I know I had two workers taking my carrier and my tray to a table. One of them noticed I had a water glass and was filled before I could notice. The other grabbed a high chair for me and were so genuine. And it wasn't just for me. I watched how the employees interacted with each other and how they would really see what their customers needed. And this was at the height of the lunch rush.
And every single time we have been there the same lady that cleans the table is there to take our tray, grab our empty containers and get us a high chair. I watch at how many people don't even acknowledge her or say ""Thank You"".
Last week I had the opportunity to be in Arizona and we decided to eat at Rio. It made me really appreciate my Bountiful Rio. And it may have been an 'off' day but I missed the flow and quiet courteous gestures I get each time at the Bountiful Rio.
