I was referred to this company by Circuit city where we purchased our TV from. A big 52"" Hitachi, so I had to have them come to my house to for the service call. Thought the $90 service charge was a bit high, but what else could I do? The ""technician"" looked at it for about 15 minutes and said it would have to be taken to the shop. So, off he went with my TV. That was a month ago. They called the first part of the following week and said it would cost me $725 to fix it. I denied the repair since I can buy a decent new one for that. I asked if they ever bought the TVs to use for parts. Nope they said, takes up too much space. I was told the technician would call to set up an appointment to return it to me. It's been a month now, and I have called 7 times as of this morning. I was told every time that someone would call me and set up an appointment to return it, then I never hear a word. I wonder if they are trying to wear me down so they can keep it to use it for parts. Funny how they cashed my $90 check in short order, but that's been the only thing fast about them! I told them this morning I want this resolved today. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes, I was told the so called technician would put the TV back together and call me this afternoon. I wonder why it still needs to be put back together due to the fact I've called 7 times and was told it was ready to be returned to me!! I will call back yet again this afternoon. But I am about ready to file a police report against them for not returning my property. It's been ridiculous and extremely frustrating. Believe me, I will tell everyone I know: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
