Review content:
Westside Care Center is poorly managed to say the least. For years the home was the choice of nursing homes in the area. After the administrator, Greg Bretsch left, and new management took over, nobody knew what's going on. The nursing department is horrible. Everyone blames someone else and noone wants to take the blame for anything. During the bankruptcy, I tried to contact the facility for information and I couldn't get any answers except one manager whom I won't name blamed it on the coorperation. During this time, my family member paid the price. Her air mattress was taken away and her wound supplies were always on back order. Her wound got worse and noone seemed to care. I tried to talk to the DON, but she was never there or seemed aggrevated that I was concerned about the care. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone until they get some decent management people.
