My wife and I thought instead of buying a new car we would upgrade her like new 2000 saab with a pioneer multimedia system,backup camera and have the steering wheel controls work with the new system. The install was 600 bucks which we thought was fair. The nightmare started from there. The installer broke the air control assembly and they had to get a new one. Eleven days later we finally get my wife's car back and the microphone for hands free didn't work they broke the cup holder and absconded the power leads to the factory cd changer. My wife did not want to let these stooges have another go @ her car so I took it apart and got everything working. Hind sight is 20/20. I would of given a zero rating if I could of. Still awaiting for visa to do the right thing and reimburse the install charge. Please heed this warning!
