I'm not sure if there's a previous management that the other reviewers are referring to, but I'm a new Harmony parent and did a comprehensive search of all schools in the area before arriving upon my decision to choose Harmony.
We have been at Harmony's Princeton location since September. Our decision was made primarily based on the curriculum, teachers and overall culture of the school. However, we have also been hugely impressed by the management team. From the time we initially started our search, all of our questions were answered over the phone by the director and we were immediately sent an email with more detail about the curriculum. We were very impressed by the initial tour, which we took during a time where there were a lot of parents dropping off. Both parents and children are addressed by name as they walk into the building, and you can tell how much the children looked forward to getting to school. There was a strong sense of community that was instantly obvious. The director was patient with us as we came back for multiple tours and contacted her with additional questions.
Since starting my son, we've had a hugely positive experience. The management team has been very sensitive to the needs and worries of a new mother and constantly gave me updates on how he was doing - in addition to speaking to them over the phone and via email, they even sent me pictures so that I could see that he was enjoying his day! His teachers have been incredible and we're so impressed by the progress that he has made since beginning at Harmony. If our son can't be with us during the day, there's no where else we'd rather have him. We have recommended the school to several of our friends and neighbors, and will continue to do so.
We wish that they accepted credit card for their monthly tuition payments, but other than that, we couldn't be happier with our decision :)
