Review content:
I purchased a truck there about 1 1/2 months ago. I saw the truck on ebay, but purchased it over the phone. The tires were listed at 50% tread. I flew in from 5 hours away. The tires had about 20% remaining and starting to weather check. When I drove it the Passenger Air Bag warning came across the dash and I noticed the speedometer said 100 when I was doing 80 according to my GPS (a problem that may be caused by the bigger tires). I got back to the dealership, I spoke with the manager, Ed. Ed told me that he would give me $300.00 back on the tires which cost $1500.00 to replace. He also stated that no one noticed the airbag warning light and that it must have come on while I was driving it and that it could not have been on before I touched the truck. Ed then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't sell me the truck in this condition and that he wouldn't sell me another car as they were about to close in 10 minutes. I then told Ed he would need to pay my way home, $300.00 plane tickets, and reimburse me for my ride there ,$300.00 as the truck was not what he described. He refused to do so and then told me that he would not stand there while I ""yelled"" at him. I was not being rude with him at all and felt as though was trapping me there as I was 5 hours from home with no ride. In desperation, I asked Ed to take $600.00 off the final price and we would call it a deal. He agreed and I purchased the truck. I have found other problems/cover ups with the truck, one problem is that this non-smoker truck has had the front driver seat repaired for cigarette burns and cinges (this may have not been done by them and they may have had no idea it was done). In the end, the truck had automatic fold down side steps that cost $1500.00, and this was not listed on the auction so I consider it a freebee that, in a way evens things out. Ed is a horrible GM.
Pros: Price
Cons: Service, Managers, Parking, Service
