I had my hair cut there when I first moved to Chattanooga about 6 months ago. The cut was descent, so I decided to go back. My stylist had left, so I tried a new stylist. I feel guilty giving names, but the cut I got from Leslie was so horrible. I ""had"" very long hair with long layers. I asked to have a 3 inch trim, she cut nearly 6 inches off. She did not use a razor or thin my hair nor did she cut in long layers. I asked her to frame around my face, she cut the right side of my hair into a MULLET!!! My hair was still wet when I walked out of the salon. While she was very nice, she has little to no skills as a stylist. I finally called and said I wanted someone else to correct my cut to which they were very accommodating. They really are nice there, but lacking any talent. My correcting cut was only slightly better. She said I should try to wear my hair back while the MULLET side grew out or cut it even shorter. The layering and thinning was just ok, but the way she razored my hair left me with so many split ends. I'm not sure about the spa side, but the salon talent is terrible. Needless to say, I am now searching for a new stylist while I let my hair grow out again.
Pros: Great customer service
Cons: Horrible Haircuts!!!
