I totally agree that this place does not provide customers with a good service. I can't complain about being overcharged, but i am not satisfied with this place either. Once you've prepaid whatever services you want to get from them, you can forget about money you've just paid- you'll get nothing in return. It's extreeeeemely hard to get anything in return from this place . They attract you with the nice discount so that you feel you're getting a good deal, but you're actually investing a lot of money into their promises that will never come true. As soon as they get your money, they will not be interested in making you satisfied at all. This is my huge mistake. I've prepaid their package and now I cant get any treatment from them. Every time i call to schedule an appointment, they either put me on hold for 30-45 minuts, or promise to call me back and never do. I'll never come back to this place anymore.
