Be careful when buying your television bulbs from Twins Radio & TV. I bought my bulb from them stating that I did NOT want a generic bulb, he assured me that the bulbs he was selling me was a Toshiba original factory bulb. After paying $151 for it, it only lasted 5 months. I called Toshiba & asked what their warranty is on their factory bulbs & they told me 1 year. I then called Twins & let them know that Toshiba said the warranty on factory bulbs are 1 year. The gentleman from Twins told me that the factory warranty on their bulbs is only 90 days & if I wanted a 1 year warranty on their factory bulbs I would have to buy an extended warranty of $49.95. This seems like double dipping to me, when you already have a factory warranty of 1 year. I'm not sure if they sold me a generic bulb at a factory bulb price. Toshiba told me generic bulbs do not last as long as a factory bulb. I've been getting 2 years out of factory bulbs while this one only last 5 months. I would advise you to be careful when buying bulbs from Twins Radio & TV, I don't want you to throw away $151 like I did. They don't seem to try to take care of their customers.
